Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We ship to all 50 US states.

• Economy: 5-8 business days. $7 for packages up to 5 lbs, $20 for 5 to 70 lbs. Free on orders $75 and over.
• Standard: 3-4 business days. $9 for packages up to 1 lb, $12 for 1 to 5 lbs.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays or your location. Signature may be required on some high value orders.

Free Shipping

US orders with a subtotal of $75 or more get free Economy shipping. The subtotal is counted after discounts and before taxes. Standard shipping is still available at checkout for a fee if you want it faster.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand internationally and will announce international shipping when it becomes available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. We will send updates if there are any delays.
