The Parks Promise: Full Iron Sets

Every full iron set (shafted and gripped) comes with a 30 day 7 iron trial. Take the 7 iron out and hit it as much as you want, on the range or the course. Keep every other iron sealed in its plastic. If the set isn't for you, send the whole set back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What Voids the Parks Promise

• Any iron other than the 7 iron taken out of its plastic or used.
• Returning the set more than 30 days after delivery.
• Missing clubs, deep gashes, heavy scrapes or other damage beyond normal 7 iron wear.
• Heads bent from the original loft or lie, or customized in any way (paint fill, grinding, stamping, refinishing or similar).

Heads Only, Golf Balls, Hats and Everything Else

The 7 iron trial is for full sets only. Heads only orders, golf balls, hats and every other product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging with the plastic still on.

• Heads only: every head unused and still in its plastic. Heads that have been hit, installed on a shaft or taken out of the plastic can't be returned.
• Golf balls: unopened sleeves and boxes only.
• Hats: unworn, tags and plastic still on.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return address and steps.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund a return that never reaches us. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective or wrong; in that case we cover the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, custom or personalized products, items marked as final sale, anything used or out of its plastic (other than the 7 iron in a full set trial), worn or washed hats, and opened golf balls.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
