FORGED.
NEVER CAST.

The Process

Precision forged. Never cast.

One Solid Piece

01 / One Solid Piece

Each head begins as a billet of S20C carbon steel, cut to a consistent weight and prepared for forging.

Hot & Ready

02 / Hot & Ready

The billet is heated to 1,200°C and bent so the head and hosel can be forged as one continuous piece.

Primary Forging

03 / Primary Forging

The heated billet is struck multiple times in the first round with 2,000 tons of force, forming the initial outline of the head and hosel.

Trim the Fat

04 / Trim the Fat

Excess steel surrounding the forged head is trimmed away, preparing it for precision forging.

Precision Forging

05 / Precision Forging

The trimmed head is struck multiple times again with the 2,000 tons of force, refining its shape further before hand grinding begins.

Smooth Operator

06 / Smooth Operator

Hands-on grinding refines the sole, edges, and contours of every head. Cavities and fine details are CNC milled for consistency across the set.

Signed & Sealed

07 / Signed & Sealed

The grooves, Parks insignia and identifying marks are pressed into the head and the hosel is bored for the shaft.

Dialed In

08 / Dialed In

Loft and lie are checked and adjusted on every head, and weighting is double checked for precise consistency.

Final Touches

09 / Final Touches

Heads are tumbled and polished to a bright finish, then plated and paint filled.

Ready to Roll

10 / Ready to Roll

The finished heads are shafted, gripped and given a final QC check, then they ship straight to your door.

Why Forged

What you get that cast irons can't give you.

Better feel

Soft forged steel feels buttery when you flush it. Nothing else feels like it.

Real feedback

You know exactly where you hit it, so you can actually get better.

No flyers

Consistent distances, not random jumpers that sail the green.

Workable

Hit the fade, the draw, the knockdown. The club does what you ask.

Player shape

Smaller heads, clean toplines, the look better players want at address.

Built to last

Forged heads hold up for years of range balls and rounds.

The Parks Promise

Can't hit them first? Try the 7 iron for 30 days.

How it works

Build Your Way

Heads or a full set. You choose.

Better players know their shaft, their grip, their lie angle. Choose Heads Only and finish the build with your fitter, or order a Full Set shafted with our Parks 120g stiff and gripped with the standard Parks Tour Wrap. All sets are right handed.
