Forging Process
Club Specs
MADE IN JAPAN
Our iron sets are forged to perfection similar to Japanese samurai swords, also known as katana. Japan is world renound for crafting the world's best samurai swords, with a long history dating back to the 8th century. Similar to these high-quality samurai swords our irons take on the same high quality forging process that involves repeatedly heating, folding, and hammering the steel to create a stronger, better feeling, and more evenly weighted iron compared to the poor-quality casting process that big golf companies use.
Importance of forged irons
Forged golf irons are preferred by more golfers due to their superior feel and control on the course. The forging process involves shaping the clubhead from a single piece of metal, resulting in a denser and more consistent material compared to cast irons.
High Durability
This process aligns the grain structure of the metal, making it stronger and more durable than clubs made through casting. Additionally, forging allows for more precise control over the club's shape and weight distribution, resulting in better performance on the course.
